And it goes on…

The truth is, it’s f’ing hard to be creative right now. I’m doing my best to concentrate on my own bubble; I can’t do anything about the things happening in the US. I can’t get Germany to stop sliding toward repeating an ugly past. I don’t want to stick my head in the sand, but I also have limits as to what I can handle bouncing around in my head.

I need to block out the noise if I’m going to exist without a meltdown about things outside my control.

Things like this help:

My 17th book is now an audiobook. And that feels really good. It also has the wildly popular Abby Craden narrating, and that means people who may not have found me before will find me now thanks to being huge fans of hers. It feels like a win when I’m having to try really hard not to let chaos encroach on my well being.

So. Here it is. The Heart Remembers. A book about coming home, second chances, complicated family, and finding a woman who holds your soul in her hands. I cried a couple times writing it, and I hope that emotion reaches you.
