Another year, another lgbtq book festival

Every year we have an lgbtq book festival in Nottingham. It’s two days of authors, books, fun. It’s meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones, and it’s a community that reminds you not only are you not alone, you’re also represented in books, where the queer characters aren’t killed off just as you’re beginning to adore them.

This year, due to the pandemic, we’re still having the festival but it’s going to be online. That’s really exciting, as we’ll be available to people all over the world and not just to those who can make it to the UK. And we’ve got some American authors too, for the people who often attend out UK event but who can’t get to the American ones.

I’ll post the schedule when it comes up, but for now, here is the amazing list of attending authors so far. I hope we’ll see you in June!
